Praise Report from Livingstone, Zambia 

 

• Partnering with New Hope Waves, teaching at Amazing Grace Preschool and volunteering at the Maramba Old People’s Home 
• Talking with Seimbe about what Christian’s believe and why
• Bible studies with Mary, Sophia, Kiendu, Ester, Maria and Sampson 
• Praying healing over Alfred’s ears and the blockages to be removed and him being healed
• Becoming friends with Mina, learning about the coptic Church and what believers are facing in Egypt, encouraging one another in our relationship with Jesus
• Sharing the story of the women at the well with Chef
• Encouraging the teachers at the school
• Teaching the children new songs and Bible stories 
• Healing for Mweentu and restored health 
• Helping women to understand their value and worth
• Helping to meet a physical need of many residents at the Home, blessing them with reading glasses
• 4 weeks of praying for an opening with our neighbors, then pouring into Margaret, Henry, Beauty, Jenni, Niaomi and Lawrence for 5 weeks – sharing love, praying for healing and restoration for Margaret from her stroke 2 years ago, learning about their family, sharing about myself and studying the Bible together
• Getting to fill in for member of a traditional band and play In The Jungle
• Praying healing over a women at the market, her pain being relieved 
• Angel inviting me to her home, sharing the gospel with Amos and Niundia

• Building relationships in our community with Reagan, Irene, Shiella, Ovars, Victor, Marie, Victoria, Siembe, Chef, John, David, Victor, Mercy, Bestwell, Prisca, Auldridge, Cartwright, Allbright, Charity, Lloyd, Moonday, Hannah, Darin, Gift, Akeenta, Simonda, Mweentu, Mary, John, Marita, Judy, Bwentu, Audrey, Roy, Mutaina and others
• Leading worship with locals one morning at the Salvation Army 
• Seeing wild animals: giraffes, baboons, zebras, deer, crocodiles, birds, snakes
• Living with people from Uruguay, South Africa, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, Canada and different state from the USA
• Growing in patience, grace, discipleship, understanding and love
